White Flour or Maida Flour is nothing but highly refined wheat flour. Maida is extracted from the inner white portion of the wheat after the outer brownish layer is removed. After the grinding of the flour in a flour mill, it is passed through a fine 600 mesh per square inch to obtain maida.Maida is also known as All Purpose Flour.
Maida is commonly used for making different country special bakery items such as bread, cakes, pizzas, biscuit, toast, pastries and International sweets, etc. It is widely used for coating purpose, you can coat the fruits and nuts before mixing into the batters, in this way at the time of baking you can prevent your food items from sinking to the bottom of the pan.
